This is why I have severely limited my fast food intake to a pure minimum and have also been cooking way way way more now. It’s so much easier to eat healthier (and be a vegetarian) when you cook all the time. By just censoring what gets to your stomach before even hitting the check out line, it’s so much easier to have the right will power.
